Sally qualified from Bristol in 1981 and has spent most of her working life in first opinion small animal practice. She has a PhD from the University of Nottingham looking at the factors influencing clinical decision making in veterinary practice. She is currently the InFocus Clinical Support Lead at RCVS Knowledge providing support for their Library and Information Services, as well as developing resources to support evidence-based clinical decisions and contextualised care.'''
