Andy has over 30 years’ experience in the veterinary sector both as a practicing small animal vet and as a leader in veterinary practice management and ownership. For the past 17 years, he has served as co-owner and Director of Pennard Vets, an award-winning, Employee-Owned multisite small animal practice in Kent, where he is currently Chair of their Employee Ownership Trust Board. He is certified in NLP and Neurostrategies, as well as a certified trainer in Contribution Compass behavioural profiling and its application within teams. Andy also works with Vet Dynamics as a mentor and practice development consultant.
